Finance Manager

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for: • Managing a small finance team of two • Delivering ad hoc reporting, including job costings, WIP, sales and margin analysis • Collaborating as part of the senior management team • Running informal month-end reporting and management accounts reviews • Preparing monthly management accounts, weekly cashflow, P&L analysis, budgeting and WIP • Overseeing payroll processes in partnership with HR and an external bureau • Liaising with department heads to keep projects financially on track and within deadlines • Handling timesheet submissions and resolving related queries What you will need: • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a strong QBE with relevant experience • Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Business Partner role within manufacturing or production environments • Experience working within a manufacturing based environment What you will get: • Free breakfast and lunch every day • Cycle to work scheme • Private health insurance • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays • Discretionary bonus • Flexible working hours If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
