Job description

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and internationally operating business within the automotive services sector. With a strong reputation for delivering specialist solutions to a number of globally recognised clients, the company continues to invest in both its operations and finance function, offering a stable and commercially focused environment. We are now recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function in a varied role combining financial reporting, commercial finance and team management. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and statutory reporting, while providing meaningful financial insight to support strategic business decisions. Alongside this, you will oversee a transactional finance team, ensuring strong financial controls while driving continuous improvements across the department. Skills Needed • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE). • Strong experience preparing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting. • Previous experience leading and developing a finance team, with the ability to improve processes and maintain effective financial controls. • Experience working within a multi-entity or international group environment, with the ability to collaborate with overseas finance teams and stakeholders.
