Flexible working culture, advisers manage their own diaries, with no requirement to be in the office. Advisers enjoy a high level of support and a lot of autonomy. Your new role Employed role providing independent advice across the full range of financial planning both face-to-face and online. You will be provided with a good quality client bank to service and develop. Clients will be broad-range, including higher net worth. Full administration and paraplanning support provided. What you'll need to succeed The role will suit an experienced adviser who enjoys client servicing without the pressure to find new clients and is looking for a role which will provide the opportunity to earn a good level of income, a high level of support and flexibility to enjoy a good work-life balance. What you'll get in return Competitive basic salary and uncapped bonus to enable you to earn £70k-£75k+ uncapped as you will be financially recognised for existing recurring income attached to the client bank provided.
