We have an exciting opportunity for an existing Adviser looking to further progress their career with a progressive, forward looking business. The role involves looking after an existing client bank covering the South Wales area, predominantly in and around the Swansea area. It is the opportunity to join a progressive, forward thinking, growing business, working as as part of a close knit team, with excellent support and development opportunities. If you fit the following criteria, this could be the ideal role for you: • 2 years’ experience as an Adviser and achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS) • Hold a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) • IT literate • Able to work from home or own office • Able to manage your own time and business relationships • Maintain and build a business model based around client support • Strong Compliance focus. • Brand aware and professional at all times • Passionate about your work and added value you give to clients • Forward thinking and accepting of change • Beyond ‘Fit and Proper’ standards • Aspirational in setting and achieving goals Key Benefits • Competitive salary between £45,000 - £48,000 • Opportunity to start earning bonus immediately • Bonus paid on both Initial and Ongoing fees • 4% Profit Share • Contributory Pension Scheme • £3600pa car allowance, available immediately • 33 days holiday (inc Bank Holiday) • Paid time off over Christmas • Death in Service The firm was founded in 2010 and is the FT top 100 IFA firms, it is continuing to expand and represents a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, with bold growth plans.
