Finance Analyst – London Full-time | Fast-Growing Communications Group Step into a high-impact Finance Analyst role at one of London’s leading full-service communications groups—a place where creativity, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making all come together. As Finance Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind the commercial finance function—shaping revenue insight, supporting key business decisions, and becoming the go-to expert for billing and project performance across the agency. No two days look the same, and your work will directly influence how teams deliver for some of the most exciting clients in the market. What you’ll be doing • Driving accurate revenue forecasting and ensuring the agency has everything it needs to recognise revenue across its client base. • Owning the PO and billing tracker, working closely with Account Teams and AR to keep invoicing smooth and on time. • Delivering project reconciliations and sharp commercial analysis to keep the business on track. • Owning WIP management, timesheet reporting, and supporting audits and month-end revenue adjustments. • Being the first point of contact for billing queries—solving problems quickly and keeping everything moving. What you’ll bring • An AAT qualification (or equivalent) and excellent attention to detail. • Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing data. • Solid bookkeeping knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Great communication skills—you’ll be talking to teams across the agency daily.
