What will the Financial Controller role involve? • Leading, mentoring and developing a finance team, creating clear structure, accountability and progression • Owning the delivery of accurate and timely monthly and year-end financial reporting • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making • Strengthening financial controls, ensuring compliance and improving reporting accuracy • Driving process improvements and implementing more efficient systems and workflows • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the business • Managing cash flow, working capital and key banking relationships Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller role • Fully qualified accountant with proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role • Demonstrated ability to develop teams and improve finance processes, systems and controls within a growing or changing environment • Commercially aware with strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business Additional benefits and information for the role of Financial Controller • Newly created position offering scope to shape the finance function and drive meaningful change • On-site role within a collaborative and growing business, with clear opportunity for long-term development • Salary will be dependent on experience CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
