Trainee Motorcycle Technician

Duties • Assist senior technicians with motorcycle repairs and prepartaion of New Bikes • Learn to perform routine inspections, oil changes, and tyre replacements • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision • Support the team in diagnosing mechanical issues and identifying repair solutions • Maintain organized work areas and ensure all tools are properly stored after use • Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment • Document work performed accurately and assist with inventory management of parts and tools Requirements • Basic mechanical knowledge or a strong interest in motorcycle mechanics • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills • Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team • Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward training and development Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Benefits: • Company pension • Employee discount • Free parking • On-site parking Work Location: In person
