Reporting & Financial Management
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and board reporting packs
• Own the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes
• Provide clear financial insight, including variance analysis and performance reporting
Process Improvement & Transformation
• Drive the transition from manual processes to efficient, automated workflows
• Improve controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across finance
• Implement enhancements to systems, processes, and financial governance
• Lead change effectively, engaging and developing the finance team throughout
Treasury & Cash Flow
• Oversee cash flow management, including a rolling forecast

• Experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within an SME environment
• Proven track record of driving finance transformation and process improvement
• Strong technical accounting and reporting expertise
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance detail and strategic thinking
