Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Robertson Bell is working with a Housing Association to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The role is permanent and offers hybrid working with one day per week in the office. The role of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the financial planning, business planning, and regulatory reporting work across the finance function. This role manages two Finance Business Partners and plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s financial strategy and forecast. Key responsibilities: • Lead the business planning process and related financial modelling • Manage and develop two Finance Business Partners • Support development and asset investment planning • Review and challenge forecasts, assumptions, and long-term plans • Support the annual budget process and quarterly reporting • Provide insight to senior stakeholders and operational teams The successful candidate: • Experience in social housing • Qualified accountant or qualified by experience • Strong experience in financial planning and business planning • Experience managing or mentoring others is helpful, but not essential Next steps: If this role could be of interest and you meet the essential criteria then please apply for the role to be considered.
