The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to join a supportive, relationship-led business where your contribution is genuinely valued. Working alongside Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience by managing the administration of pensions, investments and protection business from start to finish. Whether you're looking to continue building your career as a specialist administrator or progress into Paraplanning in the future, you'll be joining a firm that actively supports professional development and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners throughout the financial planning process. • Process new business across pensions, investments and protection accurately and efficiently. • Manage Letters of Authority (LOAs), tracking requests and liaising with providers to obtain information promptly. • Support the firm's Annual Review Service by preparing review packs, obtaining valuations and scheduling client reviews. • Prepare client documentation and meeting packs. • Liaise with providers, investment platforms and third parties to progress cases and resolve queries. • Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Intelligent Office (iO). • Support Paraplanners with report preparation and technical administration. • Provide proactive updates to clients, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continued efficiency of the business. About You You'll already have experience working within a Financial Services Administration role and enjoy providing high-quality support within an Independent Financial Advice or Wealth Management environment. You'll also have: • Experience supporting Financial Advisers throughout the advice process. • A good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products. • Experience managing Letters of Authority and new business administration. • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • The ability to prioritise multiple cases effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A professional, personable and client-focused approach. • Experience using Intelligent Office (iO) would be advantageous. • Experience using FE Analytics or industry platforms would be beneficial.
