FinTech Administrator £13.45 per hour, ongoing temporary Leicester, Office Based Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexible for the right candidate) My client is a market-leading FinTech business and, due to increased client demand, is looking to recruit a proactive Administrator to support their clients and internal teams on an ongoing temporary basis. If you have an interest in technology and finance, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within one of the UK's fastest-growing industries. You will join a fast-paced, technology-led business where you will play an important role in keeping customer records, internal systems and administrative processes accurate and up to date while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team. The Role You will ensure customer information is recorded accurately, respond to customer queries promptly, and provide general ad hoc administrative support to internal teams, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. • Working with CRM systems and digital documentation • Supporting shared inboxes and day-to-day administrative tasks • Uploading, organising and categorising documents • Helping the team meet service level deadlines • Responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently • Supporting both the Administration and Customer Success teams • Flagging missing information, delays or potential issues • Providing general office administration support The Candidate You will be organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and confidence using computer systems. • Must have previous experience in Administration or similar role • Organised, proactive and eager to learn • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly • Ability to multi task. • Interested within the FinTech or technology industry In Return • £13.45 per hour • A fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-growing industry • Modern office environment • Friendly and supportive team • Ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential for future permanent opportunities (although this cannot be guaranteed) Interested?
