With ambitious growth plans, an expanding dealer network, and a strong focus on customer experience, they are seeking an organised and commercially aware Aftersales & Fleet Operations Coordinator to support their fleet, dealer, and aftersales operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic automotive organisation during an exciting phase of growth and play a key role in supporting operational performance across the UK network. The Role Reporting into the Aftersales and Fleet team, you will support a range of operational activities including reporting, dealer communications, fleet administration, CRM management, pricing support, and customer engagement. You will work closely with internal departments, dealer partners, fleet customers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering: • Vehicle orders • Registrations • Stock levels • Sales forecasts • Maintain and submit industry reporting and market intelligence data. • Assist with campaign and quarterly pricing administration. • Coordinate communications between dealers, customers, and internal teams. • Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries. • Support event planning, marketing initiatives, and point-of-sale activities. • Coordinate demonstrator fleet administration and vehicle allocation. • Maintain CRM records and support discount programme administration. • Assist with customer-facing terms and programme documentation. • Support fleet communications, marketing campaigns, and social media activity. • Provide administrative support for Motability programmes and services. • Assist wider sales and operational teams as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the automotive, fleet, leasing, or vehicle operations sector. • Previous experience in fleet administration, dealer support, or customer service environments. • Strong organisational and administrative skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. • Experience working with CRM systems and operational reporting. • The ability to build positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Desirable Experience • Automotive manufacturer, dealer group, leasing, or fleet management experience. • Knowledge of vehicle ordering, registration, stock management, or fleet operations. • Exposure to customer programmes such as Motability. • Experience supporting reporting and performance analysis activities.
