Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within hospitality via bar or waitessing work, providing exceptional guest services in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and supporting the overall guest experience. All positions are paid hourly, commission on drink sales and all tips are yours to keep. Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the premises, including public areas and service zones • Support management in daily operations, including setting up tables, organising supplies, and managing guest requests • Provide excellent guest services by addressing enquiries promptly and courteously • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service delivery Pay: From £12.71 per hour Work Location: In person
