FLT Reach Truck Driver - Northampton - NIGHTS - AM - PM People Solutions are currently recruiting for FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, Reach Truck Operator, FLT Driver, Forklift Truck Driver, Warehouse Operative, Forklift Truck Operative, Warehouse FLT Driver, or Reach Truck Warehouse Operative. Shifts: • Sunday – Thursday (some departments operate Monday – Friday) • 07:00 – 15:00 • 15:00 – 23:00 • 22:00 – 06:00 Pay rate: • Days: £14.39 per hour • Afternoons: £15.85 per hour • Nights: £16.51 • Overtime: Up to £24.77 per hour Benefits As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will receive: • Excellent hourly rates • Weekly pay • Ongoing work • Overtime available • On-site canteen • Free gym on site • Free on-site parking • Immediate starts available Day-to-Day Duties As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Operating an FLT Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse • Carrying out pre-use inspections and reporting any defects or faults • Receiving goods into the warehouse and storing pallets in the correct locations • Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods • Unpacking and storing incoming deliveries • Organising stock ready for dispatch • Moving stock around the warehouse as required • Supporting general warehouse duties where required • Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times Essential Skills As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need: • A valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent accredited) • Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse environment • Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task • Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail • Good organisational skills • A reliable and self-motivated attitude • Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks • The ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable Experience • Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous • Experience working within a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment Training Provided • Full training provided • Assessment required prior to start • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply: If you are ready to take on this opportunity as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, apply today or contact our recruitment team for more information.
