Forklift and Powered Pallet Truck Operators – East Midlands AirportComplete Workforce Solutions is recruiting experienced forklift and powered pallet truck operators for upcoming warehouse and cargo assignments at East Midlands Airport. Successful candidates will support the safe movement of freight, pallets and goods within a busy airport logistics operation. Duties may include: • Operating counterbalance forklifts • Operating powered pallet trucks • Loading and unloading cargo • Moving pallets between operational areas • Supporting cargo build-up and breakdown • Completing pre-use equipment checks • Identifying and reporting equipment faults • Following warehouse and airport safety procedures • Assisting with general cargo duties when required • Maintaining accurate operational records Applicants should have: • A valid counterbalance forklift or PPT certificate • Recent practical operating experience • Previous warehouse, freight, logistics or cargo experience • Good awareness of health and safety • Reliable transport to East Midlands Airport • Flexibility for early, late and weekend shifts • The unrestricted right to work in the UK • The ability to complete any required background and security checks All licences and certificates will be verified. Successful candidates may be required to complete a practical competency assessment and site familiarisation before operating equipment. No candidate will operate machinery until they have received formal operational authorisation.
