Job description

This role is with a company in the brokerage and commodities industry based in the City of London. Description FPnA Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP Financial Services • Lead financial planning and analysis transformation initiatives. • Develop and deliver actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making using Power Bi. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities. • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting standards. • Work closely with the accounting and finance team to align objectives. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership. Profile FPnA Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP A successful FP&A Transformation & Insights Analytics AVP should have: • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within the brokerage, commodities or banking industry. • Proven ability to lead transformation projects and deliver measurable results specifically using Power Bi. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools, ideally Advanced Excel. • Strong communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders. • A background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA).
