Your new company A well-established regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a specialist roofing and refurbishment project within a highly prominent public facility in the North West. The scheme is taking place in a busy, fully operational environment with significant daily footfall, requiring excellent stakeholder management and a proactive approach to health and safety. Your new role You will take responsibility for managing a live roofing and re-insulation project involving flat roofing works, temporary weather protection systems and associated refurbishment activities. The works are located at the heart of a busy visitor destination, with public access maintained throughout the project. This role requires a Site Manager who is confident operating in challenging live environments, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets and liaising with multiple stakeholders including client representatives, site users and members of the public.
