Job description

We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Strategy Consultant on behalf of one of our clients in London. Specialising in strategy consultancy, they are looking for a French speaking consultant with experience solving complex business problems and using technology and data analysis to drive growth and deliver measurable business impact. Working with global organisations across multiple sectors—including manufacturing, industrials, pharmaceuticals and elite sports—you'll play a key role in delivering high-profile strategic transformation projects while developing lasting client relationships. The Opportunity As a Strategy Consultant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working directly with senior stakeholders to solve complex business problems and drive strategic change. This is an ideal role for a fluent French speaker with around 3 years of experience in strategy consulting preferably at a leading firm. This is a hybrid role with a salary of around £60,000-£65,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities: • Leading project delivery from analysis through to implementation. • Managing and mentoring project teams of up to three consultants. • Conducting structured analysis and research to develop evidence-based recommendations. • Building trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for further collaboration. • Facilitating workshops and presenting strategic recommendations to leadership teams. • Managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Contributing to the ongoing development of the firm's consulting methodologies, technology and AI-enabled solutions. About You: • Fluency in both English and French (essential). • 3+ years' experience within a top-tier strategy consultancy or an in-house strategy function. • A Master's degree from a leading university (MBA or additional postgraduate qualifications are advantageous). • A strong track record of delivering high-quality strategic work and influencing senior stakeholders. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills. • Experience leading project teams and developing junior colleagues. • An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in innovation, Lean methodologies, MVPs and experimentation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Willingness to travel internationally as projects require.
