Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a wide range of primary schools throughout Nottinghamshire, including Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark, Worksop, Retford, West Bridgford, Beeston, Hucknall, Arnold, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, and surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in education, a nursery practitioner, youth worker, sports coach, care worker, or simply someone with experience working with children, we'd love to hear from you. No two days are the same, and supply work offers the perfect opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying complete flexibility over when and where you work. The RoleAs a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in creating engaging learning environments and help pupils reach their full potential. Responsibilities may include: • Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions. • Assisting children with varying learning needs, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement. • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. • Supporting teachers with classroom preparation and daily learning activities.
