We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and inspiring Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a children's residential home, providing exceptional care and support for young people with complex needs. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the children's home.
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation.
• Inspire, develop, and support a high-performing care team.
• Promote a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to care.
• Drive outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
• Prepare for and maintain high standards during Ofsted inspections.
• Foster a culture of safeguarding, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting.
Strong knowledge of:
• Children's Homes Regulations
• Quality Standards
• Ofsted inspection framework
• Relevant safeguarding legislation
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
