A true local favourite, the pub benefits from strong regular trade and a welcoming atmosphere, generating impressive weekly sales of around £19,000, with a healthy 60/40 wet-led split. Its loyal customer base and established reputation provide an excellent platform for a General Manager looking to build on existing success while creating new opportunities to grow the business. The pub operates from a single-bar trading area and offers popular community-focused entertainment including a pool table and darts board, making it a hub for local teams, social groups and regular guests.
