General Manager Based between Painters’ Hall & Salters’ Hall £42,500 pro rata 28 days including bank holidays Any 5 out of 7 Days, 8:30 am – 5:30pm (There will be an expectation to attend industry events in the evenings and weekends so hours may vary) Locations: (PH - 9 Little Trinity Lane, London EC4V 2AD) (SH - 4 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5DE) Seasoned Events is looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead operations across two of London’s most beautiful Livery Halls Painters’ Hall and Salters’ Hall. If you’re a confident hospitality leader with Livery experience and a passion for exceptional events, sustainability and social goodness, this is your next step. The Role As General Manager, you’ll oversee all venue and catering operations across both halls, ensuring seamless event delivery and outstanding client relationships, while driving strategic improvements, operational excellence and commercial success. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day venue operations and uphold the integrity of both historic halls. • Plan and deliver events, manage suppliers, staffing and stock. • Maintain strong client relationships and support sales opportunities. • Ensure compliance across B Corp, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and ISO standards. • Motivate, train and develop onsite teams. • Contribute to continuous improvement in facilities, processes and guest experience. What You Bring • Proven venue or events management experience, ideally within Livery environments. • A proactive, solutions-driven approach and strong communication skills. • Passion for sustainability and socially responsible hospitality. • Confidence leading teams and delivering high-quality events.
