As Geotechnical Team Lead, you will predominantly be office-based, with occasional site visits for training and audits. The role will include: • Line management of a small team of engineers. • Supporting the wellbeing and development of your team. • Providing technical guidance and mentoring. • Building and maintaining client relationships. • Overseeing project delivery and quality standards.
