An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Geotechnical Team Lead to join a well-established, independent engineering consultancy based in Northampton. As Geotechnical Team Lead, you will predominantly be office-based, with occasional site visits for training and audits.
The role will include:
• Line management of a small team of engineers.
• Supporting the wellbeing and development of your team.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Overseeing project delivery and quality standards.
To be considered for this Geotechnical Team Lead role, you will have:
• Previous geotechnical or ground investigation experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A strong technical background.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Residence in or within a reasonable commute of the Northampton office.
