Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary: £54,000 - £56,000 Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (hybrid working, 2 days WFH) Are you ready to take your demand planning career global? Join our client, a leading organisation as a Global Demand Planner! Responsibilities: • Execute the monthly Demand Planning process to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) agenda. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver a rolling 18-month demand plan across diverse products, channels, and countries. • Engage closely with Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration with the Supply Planning process. • Coordinate ongoing Demand meetings and actively challenge inputs from Sales/Marketing, ensuring adjustments are justified. • Contribute to the development of demand planning processes while identifying and implementing innovative solutions. • Create analytics and reports that underpin the demand planning process. • Adapt processes to cater to New Product Development (NPD), global expansion, tenders, and new sectors. • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance demand planning and commercial processes. Essential experience: • Must have extensive IT capability in SAP, Excel, and PowerBI. • Proven Demand Planning experience. • Multifunctional experience across departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales is a plus! • High-level analytic skills to interpret large data sets. • A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude that contributes to a collaborative environment. • Strong problem-solving skills to transform insights into practical solutions. • Effective presentation skills for reporting findings to Senior Management.
