Global Head of Revenue

Totum are delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm on the search for a Global Head of Revenue — a key global leadership role shaping the firm’s revenue strategy. This position will sit at the centre of the firm’s commercial agenda. Working closely with Partners, divisional leaders and teams across Finance, Pricing and Risk, the Global Head of Revenue will lead the global revenue lifecycle and drive improvements in billing, collections, cashflow and overall revenue discipline across an international network. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader who combines commercial insight with strong operational capability. Someone who is confident using technology, data and modern systems to enhance processes, improve reporting and support better decision-making. Key focus areas include: • Leading the global revenue lifecycle and ensuring consistent standards across regions • Improving billing and collections performance and reducing lock-up • Providing commercial insight to support pricing, profitability and partner decision-making • Strengthening financial accountability and driving behavioural change across the partnership • Enhancing systems, reporting and analytics to support a more data-driven approach • Leading and developing a high-performing global revenue team We’re looking for someone who: • Brings strong commercial acumen and experience in revenue, commercial finance or financial operations • Is confident with technology, data and modern finance systems • Can influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across the business • Has the ability to drive change and embed best practice across a global network • Thinks strategically while staying close to operational detail This is a rare opportunity to step into a truly global leadership role with the scope to make a significant impact across an international firm.
