Job description

Executive Assistant within Investment Banking £46,000 City of London Temp to Perm / Fixed Term Contract We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support to Directors, Assistant Directors and junior bankers within Investment Banking. What you’ll do: • Diary management, anticipate changes to schedules and resolving issues, scheduling and rescheduling of meetings, highlighting conflicts, factoring in travel time • Supporting meetings and servicing committees – including minute taking, drafting agendas circulating papers, and ensuring all actions are monitored and completed on time • Organising high level client lunches, dinners and events (internal/external) • Point of contact between the attendees of client events and organiser • Organise the different stakeholders to ensure smooth running of events • Work closely with corporate events team to provide guidance, instructions on the requirements for the events • Support events where required with administrative tasks What you’ll need: • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience • Experience working within financial services. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple demands under pressure • Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively with a flexible approach. • Consistently delivering high level of work • Extensive Financial Services experience REF: ARA187637 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
