Graduate Legal Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join a well-regarded firm of solicitors based in North West London. Working within the residential conveyancing team, this role offers training and hands-on exposure to both pre-completion and post-completion work in a dynamic workplace. This role is ideally suited to a recent law graduate who has gained some practical exposure to legal work, such as internships, paralegal experience, or work placements and who is motivated to build a career in law. Duties include: • Assisting with a range of post-completion tasks, including completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms • Processing applications and registrations at Companies House • Supporting pre-completion work, including liaising with fee-earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updates • Providing administrative support to fee-earners on their caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently Key Skills & Requirements: • Legal degree - essential • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail This is a lovely opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a respected, forward-thinking firm and build a rewarding career in law.
