Founded in 2012, the business focuses on generating outsized returns through investment opportunities across asset classes in both the US and Europe. With backgrounds working for some of the largest banks in the world, their team has years of experience under their belts - and as they continue to grow, they are now looking to find an Operations Analyst to join their team and learn from their expertise. Key responsibilities - Graduate Operations Analyst • Trade capture and processing. • Cash and positions reconciliation. • Nav reconciliation. • Cash management. • In-house Portfolio Management System development. • Overall fund administration. • Supporting the COO. Job requirements - Graduate Operations Analyst • Ideally, you will have some middle-office/operations experience in financial services through prior jobs or internships. • A minimum of 2.1 from university with a strong academic record. • Strong numerical ability. • Strong Excel skills. • Ability to pick up technical skills quickly. Prior technical knowledge is beneficial but not essential. The company codes in C# so you can learn this if you don't already know it. • Fantastic attention to detail, with the ability to keep many plates spinning at once.
