Rewards As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you'll receive: • Starting salary of £26,000 - £32,000 • Uncapped performance-related bonus • Comprehensive in-house training and ongoing development • Professional external sales training • A clear pathway into field sales and business management • Excellent pension scheme • Long-term career opportunities within a successful national group Role Responsibilities As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will: • Build strong relationships with business customers over the phone, delivering excellent service while identifying sales opportunities. • Learn about the company's products, customers and commercial operations through a structured training programme. • Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout. • Develop your sales, negotiation and commercial skills through both in-house and external training. • Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible experience for customers. • Build towards a future field sales role by developing strong relationship-building, business development and account management skills. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: • A recent degree in any discipline. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop. • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work. • Previous sales or customer service experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. • A full UK driving licence would be beneficial for future progression into field sales.
