The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range, working alongside experienced teachers to help children achieve their full potential both academically and socially. No school experience is required, but we are keen to hear from candidates who have worked with children or young people through coaching, tutoring, youth work, holiday clubs, sports clubs, mentoring, scouts/guides, childcare or community projects. You will gain hands-on experience supporting learning, behaviour, social development and classroom activities while learning from experienced education professionals.
