We are recruiting graduates to work in secondary schools throughout Liverpool supporting students and teachers in a variety of classroom-based roles.
The Role
As a graduate school support worker, you may:
• Support students in lessons (whole class, small groups, or 1:1)
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
• Gain exposure to different subjects, year groups, and school environments
• Build valuable experience for teacher training, PGCE, or education-related careers
Roles can include Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or Pastoral/SEN support, depending on your interests and the school's needs.
Ideal for Graduates Who Are:
• Considering a career in teaching or education
• Interested in psychology, SEN, youth work, or social care
• Confident, enthusiastic, and keen to work with young people
• Looking for paid school experience in a supportive setting
Requirements
• A degree (any subject welcome)
• A genuine interest in working with young people
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to commit to school hours (full-time or part-time opportunities available)
