GTM Sales Operations Director (B2B) Reference number:JR257038 Location: London Working pattern: Full time, 37.5 Hours Contract Type: Permanent Number of roles: 1 Grade: K8 Salary: £100 - £115k per annum We are looking for a GTM Sales Operations Director (B2B) to join our team. We are looking for a GTM Sales & Operations leader to architect the bridge between B2B Sales and Marketing at Kaplan. You will serve as the primary engine for our B2B strategy, responsible for aligning market insight with sales execution. Your mission is to foster a unified "win-together" culture, ensuring our curriculum, marketing, and sales teams operate as a single, high-performing unit that drives growth across the apprenticeship and skills landscape. What you’ll bring to the role Essential • Unified GTM Leadership: Demonstrable success in aligning B2B Sales and Marketing functions, with a proven ability to lead a "unified" revenue engine rather than managing siloed departments. • Strategic & Collaborative Leadership: A proven track record in breaking down organisational silos, fostering a "win-together" culture, and leading cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets. • Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Extensive experience in leveraging data to drive sales strategy, including Revenue Operations (RevOps), market insights, and CRM management (e.g. Salesforce). • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage at C-suite and director levels, acting as a bridge between technical/educational teams and commercial leadership to ensure a unified approach to solution delivery. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK skills and apprenticeship landscape (including the apprenticeship levy and funding rules), with the ability to discuss these topics confidently with technical experts. • Solution Design: Proven ability to scope complex client needs and design bespoke training or technical solutions. • Communication: Exceptional written and presentation skills, with the ability to devise complex client proposals and represent Kaplan as a thought leader in the market.
