Interim Head of Business Partnering & FP&A Cambridge | Hybrid Working | 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract A prestigious, internationally recognised organisation is seeking an experienced finance leader to head its Business Partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis function during a significant enterprise-wide finance transformation programme. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of senior finance professionals, driving the development of a modern FP&A capability, strengthening business partnering across a complex, devolved organisation, and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality financial insight and planning Key responsibilities include: • Leading the organisation's FP&A and finance business partnering functions • Acting as a trusted adviser to executive and operational leaders on financial performance and strategy • Supporting a major finance transformation programme, including an ERP implementation • Overseeing long-range financial planning, forecasting, modelling and management reporting • Driving the development of business cases, investment appraisal and financial governance frameworks • Leading and developing a sizeable, multi-layered finance community through change and transformation The successful candidate will bring: • Significant senior-level FP&A and management reporting experience within a large, complex organisation • A strong track record of leading transformation programmes and driving organisational change • Experience operating in highly matrixed stakeholder environments • Strong leadership, influencing and relationship-building capabilities This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future financial planning, reporting and business partnering capabilities within a prestigious organisation.
