Job description

Head of Commercial & Product Partnerships London/Bristol/UK (Hybrid) | Full-time £90,000–£105,000 + performance-related bonus Lead strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth We're partnering with an innovative, high-growth technology business to recruit a Head of Commercial & Product Partnerships. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial partnerships, business development and product partnerships, who understands how strategic relationships and technology integrations can drive business growth. Reporting to the CMO, you'll lead the partnerships function, managing a team of three and taking ownership of the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and securing new commercial opportunities through to developing long-term strategic relationships and overseeing successful product partnerships. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Risk, you'll help shape partnership propositions, contribute ideas around technology integrations and ensure solutions are commercially viable, scalable and deliver value for both the business and its partners. The role This is a broad, commercially focused role where you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the partnerships strategy, building a pipeline of new opportunities and growing existing strategic relationships. You'll be just as comfortable winning new business as you are developing existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and negotiating commercially successful agreements. A significant part of the role is leading product partnerships. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you'll help shape partnership propositions, explore how products and platforms can integrate, and ensure partnerships are technically feasible as well as commercially successful. You won't need to be an engineer, but you'll be confident discussing technology, understanding product roadmaps and helping translate commercial opportunities into practical solutions. As the senior lead for Partnerships, you'll work closely with the leadership team, influence strategic decision-making and develop a high-performing team of three, creating an environment where people can thrive. About you You'll have significant experience leading commercial, product or strategic partnerships within a product-led technology, SaaS, software, platform or fintech environment. You'll have a proven track record of winning new business, developing long-term strategic relationships and delivering commercial growth through partnerships. You'll also be comfortable working alongside Product and Engineering teams, understanding technology products and contributing to conversations around integrations and product propositions. Just as importantly, you'll combine confidence with humility, bringing ideas, challenging constructively and contributing to healthy debate, while remaining open to different perspectives and focused on finding the best solution. You'll be a collaborative leader who enjoys building relationships, developing people and making a measurable commercial impact. Why apply? This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important function within a growing technology business where partnerships are central to future success. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, influence product partnerships, lead a talented team and play a key role in the organisation's continued growth.
