Head of Lettings

• £80,000 OTE • £35,000 basic • £35,000 basic Head of Lettings Location: £35,000 basic Salary: £35,000 basic | £80,000 OTE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent This role would suit a commercially driven lettings professional with a strong track record in valuations, instructions, team leadership and revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving lettings performance, building landlord relationships and ensuring the team delivers a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities • Driving lettings revenue and overall branch performance • Winning new landlord instructions and carrying out market appraisals • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, applicants and local contacts • Managing, supporting and developing the lettings team • Overseeing the lettings process from valuation through to move-in • Ensuring compliance, service standards and internal processes are maintained • Identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share • Monitoring team activity, pipeline and performance against targets The Ideal Candidate • Previous experience in a senior lettings role • Strong valuation and instruction-winning experience • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation • Commercially minded with a focus on revenue, service and growth • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Professional, polished and confident dealing with landlords and clients • Full UK driving licence preferred Package • £35,000 basic salary • £80,000 on-target earnings • Established brand and strong local market presence • Career progression opportunity • Supportive team environment This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious Lettings Manager or Head of Lettings looking to take ownership of a successful local market and continue growing their career within a respected agency environment.
