Head of Organisational Professional Development

This role will lead thedesign, delivery and sustainibility of the organisational professional development and learning services aligned to strategic priorities and objectives. The post holder will lead the integration and delivery of the Organisational Development (OD) and Learning and Development (L&D) plans incorporated within the Trusts People Strategy to ensure delivery of system wide strategic prioritiesthat optimise workforce capability in delivering the best possible care.
