Head of Reward

Are you an experienced Head of Reward & Benefits looking to lead the delivery of a reward and benefits agenda. Location - West Mids - 2 days on-site per week. Travel to other sites. Salary - £85-95k + CA, Bonus etc Working with the Director of Reward, you'll help shape reward strategy and turn it into practical, business-wide solutions to improve performance, engagement, retention and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and delivering solutions themselves. You will - • Deliver a performance-based reward strategy linking pay and results. • Design and implement job architecture, grading and pay frameworks. • Annual pay review process • Support executive reward activity & Remco processes. • Develop and optimise benefits strategy, inc. flex bens, pensions and well-being. Your Experience - • job evaluation, grading, pay reviews and incentive design. • benefits strategy, governance and vendor management.
