The Role: Head of Transfer Pricing The Client: Global Fintech The Location: City of London The Responsibilities: • Take ownership of our global transfer pricing policy - ensuring our global operating strategy is tax optimised and compliant worldwide, and that our TP framework evolves in step with the business • Stay ahead of developments in international transfer pricing regulations - including OECD BEPS updates and country-specific rule • Maximise tax effectiveness for the business across our intercompany flows • Provide transfer pricing input on new launches and propose commercially sound solutions • Partner effectively with local advisors in new jurisdictions and ensure intercompany arrangements are properly documented The Requirements • Qualified accountant or tax professional • TP SME wherein you have owned TP • Background across fintech, tech or businesses with a global employee footprint • Track record of supporting new country or product launches, with experience making sound calls on TP structuring under uncertainty • Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
