Health and Social Care Assessor (Field-Based) Cambridge and Surrounding Areas | Field-based with travel required Full-time | Permanent £33,000 per year + bonus + expenses Please only apply if you meet the following essential criteria: • Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33) • Level 5+ qualification in Health & Social Care • Minimum 2 years’ recent management experience in Adult Health and Social Care • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet all the essential criteria listed above. The Role • We’re recruiting for a qualified Health and Social Care Assessor to support apprenticeship learners across workplace settings. • This role focuses specifically on only carrying out workplace observations and contributing to learner progress, working alongside Personal Development Managers who lead the wider apprenticeship journey. • You will work with learners across Cambridge and surrounding areas, with travel planned to maximise efficiency. • You will typically complete 10 observations per week, alongside planning, reporting, and remote admin work. • This role is sometimes referred to as Apprenticeship Assessor, Health and Social Care Tutor or Skills Coach within Health and Social Care.
