Dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare technology programmes that transform clinical services, modernise digital infrastructure, and improve patient outcomes. Experienced in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across acute, community, mental health, and integrated care environments, delivering strategic programmes from concept through to successful implementation and operational adoption.
