Healthcare Assistant - Sexual Health

What you'll be doing: • Welcome and support patients attending contraceptive clinics. • Undertake clinical observations including blood pressure, height, weight and BMI measurements. • Assist clinicians during contraceptive procedures, including fitting and removal clinics where appropriate. • Prepare clinical rooms and equipment before and after patient appointments. • Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control. • Chaperone patients during examinations and procedures when required. • Ensure clinical equipment is cleaned, maintained and ready for use. • Monitor and replenish clinical stock and supplies. • Promote equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring all patients feel respected and supported.
