Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' healthcare recruitment experience • You will need to have at least 3 years 360-dregree end to end recruitment experience in the healthcare sector • An existing client base and candidate network • Proven expertise within healthcare recruitment placing permanent candidates rather than contract staff. The healthcare sector aligns strongly with our existing network of decision-makers and growth plans. The Opportunity You will operate on a self-employed basis under a split-fee arrangement while benefiting from the full backing of the EXO Recruit brand and support infrastructure.
