Job description

To work as part of the Intra Muscular Injection (depot medication) clinic and Clozapine clinic team and to safely monitor the health and treatment of clients attending the clinics in Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey. • Monitor physical health and mental health outcomes of those attending the clinic. • To provide and support physical health assessments, and relevant physical health interventions to support service users with mental conditions to improve their physical health and overall well-being.
