Got People is currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart / Refuse Drivers to join a well-established client based in the Potters Bar area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular Monday to Friday work with an immediate start. What We Offer • £18.00 per hour • Monday to Friday, 40-hour shifts • Start time: 06:00 • Immediate start available • Ongoing, long-term employment • Full training provided for candidates without dustcart experience • Weekly pay • Supportive and inclusive team environment Your Responsibilities • Safely operate a Class 2 refuse (dustcart) vehicle • Complete scheduled waste and recycling collection routes • Assist the loading crew as required • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks • Adhere to all road transport regulations and health & safety procedures • Provide a reliable and professional service at all times Person Specification • Minimum of 12 months’ HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving experience • Previous dustcart/refuse experience is advantageous but not essential • Valid UK Category C Driving Licence • Valid Driver CPC qualification • Digital Tachograph Card • No more than 6 penalty points (no DR or IN endorsements) • Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to assist with loading duties If you are a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver seeking consistent work, competitive pay, and an immediate start, we would be delighted to hear from you.
