About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a developing gender service, delivering specialist genderaffirming voice therapy and helping to shape future provision.
You will:
• Deliver highquality, personcentred voice therapy to TNBI individuals with a range of needs
• Manage a specialist caseload, from assessment through to intervention and discharge
• Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to holistic care
• Support training, supervision and service development within a growing and innovative service
What Youll Bring
Essential
• Qualified SLT with HCPC registration
• Experience in voice and/or genderaffirming practice
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work with complex needs
Desirable
• Experience of supervision, training or leadership
• Interest in service development or innovation
• Experience working in inclusive, neurodivergentaffirming services
• Interest in singing or character voice acting (e.g. DnD)
