Job description

To have an understanding of Quality Outcome Framework (QOF) and locally enhanced services (LCS) in order to be able to maximise points. To ensure relevant coding is recorded. To identify patients who have opted in or out of taking part in scheduled care protocol. To use Mjog to identify patients who have responded to recall message sent. To book patients in with appropriate people and appropriate timing aiming to have their medication review complete by the end of the month of their birth. To respond to queries from patients about long term condition checks directing to clinicians where appropriate. To use AccuRx and SystmOne messaging as per Scheduled Care protocol. To use ICE to raise blood forms as per the Long Term Condition Ardens template. To perform audit work where required. Liaise with Operations Manager, Data Quality Manager and Clinical leads where necessary.
