Job description

Homeownership Officer Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk Salary: £37,000 per annum Fulltime: 37hrs per week Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping homeowners navigate complex property, leasehold and shared ownership matters with confidence? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Homeownership Officer to join our Homeownership team in Long Stratton, Norfolk. In this varied role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload covering leasehold management, affordable home ownership, property transactions, major works consultation and homeowner services. You’ll provide clear, accurate advice to customers, work closely with solicitors, contractors and stakeholders, and help resolve enquiries, complaints and disputes professionally. You’ll also support compliance with legislation and policy, keeping records accurate and ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in homeownership, leasehold management, housing, conveyancing or property management who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and making a positive difference for customers. What you’ll bring: • Experience managing varied cases and interpreting legal, contractual or property-related information. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly. • A customer-focused, professional and solution-focused approach. • Excellent organisation, accuracy and confidence managing competing priorities.
