Dear Candidate, Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Support Officer to work with our client based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organization and make a real difference within the community by helping tenants sustain their tenancies and build independent living skills. Location: Uxbridge, UB10 0AE Job Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm - 35hrs per week Salary: £29,235.65 About the Role As a Housing Support Officer, you will provide person-centred support to tenants living in supported accommodation, helping them achieve positive outcomes and maintain stable housing. Key Responsibilities • Deliver regular one-to-one support sessions with tenants • Develop and review support plans and risk assessments • Support tenants with budgeting, rent payments, and independent living skills • Assist tenants in accessing benefits, healthcare, training, and employment opportunities • Maintain accurate support records and case notes • Liaise with external agencies and partner organisations • Conduct property visits and health & safety checks • Promote independence, wellbeing, and tenant engagement What We're Looking For • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in supported housing or a similar role • Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs • Good understanding of safeguarding and tenancy sustainment • Strong communication and organisational skills • Proactive, empathetic, and reliable approach What's on Offer Weekly pay Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies.
