We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join us at our The Entertainer site in Banbury. In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day HR function, ensuring employee records are maintained accurately, payroll checks are completed efficiently, and employees receive a high level of support throughout their journey with us. You don't need to hold a CIPD qualification to apply for this position; however, we'll support you in gaining professional qualifications if you'd like to further develop your career. This is a full-time, permanent position, working predominately, Monday to Friday, however, 07:30 – 16:00 or 08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:00 Pay, benefits and more: You’ll be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day: • Manage HR administration processes including employee records, onboarding, correspondence, and supporting HR meetings • Complete daily and weekly payroll and time & attendance checks, identifying and resolving any discrepancies • Carry out weekly agency payroll validation, liaising with agency partners to ensure accuracy and compliance • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries while supporting recruitment, engagement activities, and general site administration What you need to succeed at GXO: • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, Payroll, or a People function • Experience with payroll processes, time & attendance systems, and maintaining accurate employee data • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies • Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to managing priorities We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
