HR Advisor Generalist (Part-Time)

X2 Part-Time HR Advisor Generalists required Worcester £35,000 per annum (pro-rata) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for x2 part time HR Advisor Generalists to join a growing HR function and work closely with leaders across the organisation. This role suits someone who thrives as a trusted advisor, enjoys driving HR initiatives, and brings confident HR systems capability. Key Responsibilities • Partner with managers across the full employee lifecycle • Deliver organisational change, policy development and process improvements • Maintain, enhance and streamline HR systems • Oversee payroll via external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Champion best practice across HR operations • Support succession planning and engagement activity • Manage Employer Relations / complex cases with fairness, consistency and sound judgement • Provide training on HR policies and systems Ideal Experience & Qualifications • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) • Strong background as a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist • Confident working with HRIS platforms • Skilled in leading HR projects and interpreting HR data • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
